A gallery is a space for showcasing your graphs and sharing them with others.
Each folder you create has the option to view as a gallery, and the gallery will show the exact contents of the folder it’s based on.
The owner of the folder is also the curator of the gallery, and they are the only person who can edit the contents.
Create a Folder
Select Open Graph (or press CTRL + O / CMD + O) to open your Saved Graphs view.
To create a folder, click the New Graph dropdown. Then, select New Folder and give it a name. The folder name will also be the title of the gallery.
To add graphs to a folder, select one or more graphs by checking the box next to each graph name. You can also press and hold SHIFT to select multiple graphs at a time. Then, drag them into the desired folder, or select Move Graphs to place them into the folder.
View and Share Your Gallery
To view your folder as a gallery, click the folder options dropdown and select Open Gallery View. The gallery will open in a separate tab, and the graphs on the page will appear in order of their last edited date.
To share your gallery, select Share This Gallery to copy the link and send the collection to others. Anyone who has this link to your gallery will be able to view its contents.
Edit Your Gallery
To change the contents or name of your gallery, select Edit. Doing so will take you back to the associated folder inside your Saved Graphs view in the calculator.
From there, you can make your edits. Reload the gallery to view your updates.
You can delete your gallery by deleting the associated folder in the calculator.
